Each evening, spend two minutes marking where you actually stood today across six pillars — Foundation, Cognitive, EQ, Wisdom, Communication, Faith. Log what's true, not what looks good; the number is a mirror, not a grade.
Then explore Train (speaking drills + 526 flashcards), check Score each Sunday, and do a Month review to see if your instincts are calibrated. Set a PIN under Data if you want privacy.
Everything stays on this device. The whole thing only works if you clear the flashcard queue and log honestly, daily.
Everything is optional. Log what's true, not what looks good.
One guided session a day: warm-up, drill, a 90-second recorded take, then score yourself out of 25. Target: 20+.
Weeks 1–3 · Clarity — one point per breath, no fillers, precise words
Weeks 4–6 · Delivery — pace, pauses, calm body, downward endings
Weeks 7–9 · Pressure — hostile questions, naming premises, staying on message
Weeks 10–12 · Persuasion & story — story spine, steelmanning, the full take
Pick a topic to study today. Cards shuffle each time you open one — you won't see the same card twice until the topic's done.
Again = relearn now · Good = normal step · Easy = bigger step. 15 new cards unlock per day; intervals grow automatically — clear the queue daily.
Each pillar % = how many of that pillar's weekly targets you hit. The big number is the average across all six.
The number isn't a grade. It's a mirror. A low week isn't failure — it's information about what the plan is asking of you.
Consistency beats intensity. Five pillars at 60% every week beats one at 100% and the rest at zero. Aim for balance in the six-sided shape below, not spikes.
Empty pillars are skipped, not zero. If you logged nothing for a pillar, it shows "–" and doesn't drag your average down — so partial days still count fairly.
Act on the trend, not one week. Above 80% for a month → your targets are too easy, raise them. Below 50% → the plan is too big, cut it. Don't judge a single week.
Sustained above 80% for a month: raise targets. Below 50%: cut the plan, don't push.
Once a month, step back from the daily ticks and look at outcomes. This is where the honest reckoning happens — the lag measures the weekly score can't capture.
